These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of yarnneedlemagic.com (the “Website”) and any purchase from it. The Website is operated by Yarn Needle Magic, Marathon, Panvel, Maharashtra 410206, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products

All physical products are handmade. Minor variations in colour, size and finish are a natural part of handmade items and are not defects.
Product photos are representative. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Measurements are approximate. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering.
Amigurumi toys, charms and accessories may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Baby items should be used under adult supervision.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Shipping charges are shown at checkout as per our Shipping Policy.
We may change prices, offers or product availability at any time without notice. Changes don’t affect orders already confirmed.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Cash on Delivery is available where shown at checkout.
Sale prices and coupons are valid for the stated period only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon can be used per order.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email means we have received your order. It is not acceptance of the order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) if an item is unavailable, if there’s a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

5. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Digital products (PDF patterns)

When you buy a pattern, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own crafting.
You may not copy, share, resell, translate or publish the pattern, its text or its photos, in whole or in part.
You may sell small quantities of finished items you made from our patterns, provided you credit “Pattern by Yarn Needle Magic”.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including photos, text, designs, patterns and logos, belongs to Yarn Needle Magic or is used with permission. It may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting unauthorised access, posting unlawful or misleading content, or interfering with its normal operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as courier delays, natural events or strikes).

10. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panvel / Raigad, Maharashtra, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
